My husband and I used to make our own dry cured
sausages and prosciuttini every year. It was costly
and time consuming, now we just use Bona Foods products.
The taste and quality of the products are very similar
to what we would make. We can still have the sausages
and prosciuttini we like, without sacrificing the home-made
Bona Foods makes an entire line of deli meats, including
an excellent rolled pancetta, delicious fresh sausages,
and an amazing lean capicollo. There has yet to be a
Bona product that I have not liked. I’m hooked
on Bona Foods and want everyone to know it.
